NY Posture Bar offers personal training for people who want to take the next step towards being extra strong, or who have a deadline or specific goal weight or ideal body look they would like to reach. Guided by principles of Functional Movement and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), NY Posture Bar’s personal training is highly focused and individualized. For example, clients may want to:
*Lose 20 pounds of fat before a wedding or graduation
*Develop a safe and healthy gym routine
*Add 10 pounds of muscle to their frame to look stronger
*Tone their body without looking “bulky”
Or something else! You and your trainer will work out your goals together and make an appropriate plan.
Packages include 1-5 nutrition assessments by a Registered Dietician.
